How it works

Once you have confirmed that you are happy with everything on the email. Your booking is valid. If you do not confirm before the date of the visit, the visit will be cancelled. Apologies, but we have to have confirmation before the bins are cleaned.

The day before the visit is due, you will get an SMS and Email reminder to remind you of the visit and which bins are due for their clean and that the bins need to be left out for us.

On the day of the visit, anything left in the bins will be taken out and bagged in Biodegradable bags and placed back in the bin once cleaned. Please note we do not take your rubbish and the bins must be emptied before our visit. We understand that your normally have stuff stuck on the bottom of the bin and that’s not a problem as we scrap it out into the bags and this is included in the price. If the bin/bins are more than a quarter full, they may be refused. If you are not sure, you are welcome to send us a photo of the bottom of the bin. We use WhatsApp.

Once the visit is complete, we will tick the job off as complete and move on to the next job. We do not knock on customers doors for payment as payment is done online but if you prefer to pay in person via Card or Cash (Exact please). Please let us know and we will give you a time frame of when to expect us.

When the job is marked as complete, you will get an invoice via SMS and Email and you have up to 30 days to pay the invoice. On the invoice, you will see a payment link to pay the invoice which is done through Stripe. We don’t see your card details.

On the Invoice, you will see the next clean date (if you are due another clean?), but don’t worry if you forget the date as you will get a reminder via SMS and Email the day before. If there are any issues, please do let us know.

If you are not due another visit? Please feel free to message us when you need this service and we will book you in. You do not need to fill in the contact form each time you need us but you may have to confirm some details with us to insure we have the right customer. If your details have changed since the last visit. Please do let us know or you will be charged for the job once it’s complete.
