Terms and Conditions

Bins will only be cleaned when emptied. You (customer) will only be charged for the
bins we cleaned. Any rubbish/items left in the bins will be bagged and placed back in
the bins after cleaning.

Customers who book one off bin cleans:
We (Neat Seats Ltd) only come once and you (customer) will be invoiced via email
and charged the one off price. If you (customer) needs (Neat Seats Ltd) again and its
more than a month since our last clean, you (customer) will be charged the one off
price again as the bin/bins will take longer to clean.

Customers who book our monthly clean:
We (Neat Seats Ltd) come to you (customer) once or twice a month depending on
how many bins you (customer) require cleaning. If we (Neat Seats Ltd) come twice a
month, you (customer) will be invoiced via email and charged twice each month but
only for the bins that are cleaned on each visit. For example, general waste and
recycling bins are normally cleaned on alternative weeks, but the food is emptied
every week. One week, general and food, next week recycling and garden bins.
Remember the first clean will be charged at the one off price per wheelie bin/food
caddy. The next cleans will be charged at the monthly price as long as they (the
bins) are cleaned each month.

Cleaning standards:
We (Neat Seats Ltd) clean the bins to the best they (the bins) can be cleaned. We
(Neat Seats Ltd) can’t guarantee that we can remove all the stains and smells from
the bins but you (customer) will be charged the full price. Once the bins have been
cleaned, then they (the bins) will be put back onto your (customer’s) property. We
(Neat Seats Ltd) carry everything needed to clean the bins so you (customer) are not
needed to be at the property on our (Neat Seats Ltd) bin cleaning visits. If there is a
problem then we (Neat Seats Ltd) will let you (customer) know.

Damages:
We (Neat Seats Ltd) are not responsible for any damages to bins or property unless
we (Neat Seats Ltd) have caused it. We (Neat Seats Ltd), are not responsible for any
bins gone missing or items left in the bins such as parcels. In windy weather we

(Neat Seats Ltd) may leave the bins in a different place on your (customer’s)
property or lay the bins down so the bins don’t blow around and cause damage. We
(Neat Seats Ltd) do our best to secure the bins in windy weather but we (Neat Seats
Ltd) are not responsible for any damages caused once we (Neat Seats Ltd) have left
the customer’s property.

Missed bins:
If bins are not emptied then we (bin cleaners) come later in the day or they (the bins)
don’t get cleaned and therefore the customer will not be charged for the visit. If the
bins have been missed by us (bin cleaners), then there will be no charge on the visit
and the next visit you (customer) will be charged the normal monthly price.
No show:
For any reason we (Neat Seats Ltd) can’t get to you, such as bad weather, sickness
or faulty equipment, we will notify you (the customer) and either give you an
alternative date or you don’t get charged that day and the next time will be the
normal monthly charge as it’s our fault we can’t get to you so we don’t charge you
(Customer) extra.

Payment:
We (Neat Seats Ltd) ask for payment when you (customer) is invoiced. We do not
accept cheques. We prefer all payments are paid online via the online system. A way
to pay online that keeps all customer payment details more secure than our system.
Alternatively, payment can be done by our card machine or cash (exact cash please)
which require us (Neat Seats Ltd) to see you (customer) at the time of visit or a later
time or date. If there is a problem with payment, please notify us (Neat Seats Ltd) via
phone, text or email. Fail to pay the invoice on time, will require us to stop the
services and take legal action which will increase the original price due to costs.

Cancel services:
Please give us (Neat Seats Ltd) at least one week’s notice when cancelling our bin
cleaning services before the clean is due.

Location:
We (Neat Seats Ltd), do not offer bin cleaning services outside our areas. It’s simply
not cost effective to do one or two bins out of our area unless we (Neat Seats Ltd)

have many bins. We (Neat Seats Ltd), want to expand around where we (Neat Seats
Ltd) are based. Don’t hesitate to ask if you (customer) is interested in the bin
cleaning services and we (Neat Seats Ltd) may be able to help you (customer). At
the moment we (bin cleaners), operate in the following areas: Higham (Kent), Cliff
Woods.

Contact:
Please only contact us (Neat Seats Ltd) via the contact details on our
(www.neatseats.co.uk) website or the invoice from our (info@neatseats.co.uk) email.
If no answer on the phone, just leave a text message or email and the message will
be responded to ASAP.

Complaints:
Should you (customer) not be happy with a service we (Neat Seats Ltd) have
provided. Please get in touch and wait for the outcome before commenting on social
media or leaving a bad review. Leaving a negative comment or review before the
outcome is unfair especially if you (customer) have never used the services. We
(Neat Seats Ltd) do our best to accommodate and be reasonable with the customer.
Any negative comments or reviews will be immediately questioned and you
(customer) may be liable for any business damages that are caused.

Environmental impact:
Yes we (Neat Seats Ltd) do use fossil fuels to run our vehicle and machines. As the
business develops in the years ahead, we (Neat Seats Ltd) plan to use other
sources of fuel if its suitable and cost effective for the company. The water we (Neat
Seats Ltd) use is recycled inside our vehicle to reduce our water usage. We (Neat
Seats Ltd) only use bio degradable chemicals for the bin cleaning services. All of our
waste water is emptied into the sewers and not into the surface water drains as this
can cause an environmental hazard in which we (Neat Seats Ltd) would be liable for.

Wrong Bins Cleaned:
We (Neat Seats Ltd) do ask that your bins have your house number on them so we
can identify your bins as we (Neat Seats Ltd) don’t want to clean the wrong bins. If
we (Neat Seats Ltd), have cleaned the wrong bins. Please notify us immediately and
we (Neat Seats Ltd), will either come back at a later time/date or refund/cancel that
charge for those bins.

Customer details:
We (Neat Seats Ltd) hold your (customer) details on a secure online system which
we (Neat Seats Ltd) pay for to keep all the customer contact details safe and secure.
We (Neat Seats Ltd) will not share any of the customer details with any other
companies.

Payment details:
We (Neat Seats Ltd) do not see or store any card details. The only payment details
we (Neat Seats Ltd) hold is, how the customer has paid? Card/Cash. This is so we
(Neat Seats Ltd) can track the payments.

Antisocial behaviour:
We (Neat Seats Ltd) do the best we can to provide a great service. We (Neat Seats
Ltd) does not accept any Antisocial behaviour on any of our staff or vandalism/theft
to our equipment and vehicles. Should anything happen, we (Neat Seats Ltd) will
report the police and terminate the service to the customer, if it was one of our (Neat
Seats Ltd) customers. If there is a problem with (Neat Seats Ltd) our service, then
please contact Neat Seats Ltd by phone, text or email and be reasonable.

By using the services provided by Neat Seats Ltd, you (customer) accept all of the
terms and conditions.
